Delivery and returns
Postage & packaging is £3.50 to any UK mainland address – whatever the size of your order. Please contact us if you require shipping overseas.
Orders placed by 5pm will normally be despatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will normally be despatched on the following Monday.
Wherever possible, we will inform you of any stock problems on the website. However if you order a product that is not in stock we will need to order it in for you which may take a few days. Before we do this, we will contact you to make sure that the delay is acceptable.
We use Royal Mail 1st class postage for the majority of orders. Other delivery services are available upon request, please telephone for details. If you are not present to accept delivery of the goods then Royal Mail will leave a card (as per their usual procedure) and it is then your responsibility to collect the goods as instructed.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods (the cooling off period). If you wish to return the goods you must first inform us in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return, product code, quantity and invoice number. We will then issue you with a returns number which needs to be included with your returned goods. All returned goods must be received in an unused condition, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for all postage costs unless the reason is for faulty goods.
If any goods are missing or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must inform us within 30 days if the goods have not arrived.
Credits raised against your credit card for returns may take up to 7 working days to process.
